Wayne, I just wanted to thank you for all you great help you gave to myself and Duane. We were very specific in searching for a real estate agent who would represent us with our issues. It was so reassuring to know that if we called you with a question you would answer 99.9% of the time. I knew that if you didn't answer and I left a message, while I was leaving the message you were calling me back. You completely filled all of our expectations as a real estate agent and went beyond.
We cannot thank you enough for all your time and energy that you gave us while working with us. People should be thankful if they get the opportunity to work with you in buying or selling a property. Even though we had significant challenges along the way, the way you orchestrated all of the team players made it a more comfortable experience. The icing on the cake was the use of your moving truck and all of the equipment on board. After reviewing the options we have calculated that had we rented a truck like yours it would have been an additional $400.00. Thanks again. We raised over $120,000, making our most successful auction yet. Because of your generous participation, the Boys & Girls Club will continue to serve the youth of Oak Harbor and offer a positive social environment for activities, games, special interest classes and the use of the on-site computer lab. Most importantly, we will continue top help our youth succeed in school, stay healthy, learn important life skills, pursue interests in the arts and sports, explore vocational choices, and develop leadership skills.
